Inset Fires

The flue unfortunately arrived damaged so contacted company & requested a refund. There was no fuss and the refund money was back in my account within 30 minutes of my original request. What a service!!
I believe other companies could learn a lot about customer service from 'Leisure Homes Products'

Searched around for this stove for quite a while and 'Leisure Homes Products' were by far the best value for money. Ordered stove late Friday evening & item was delivered on the Monday. Once placed the stove exceeded expectations, looking stylish and very realistic (neighbour even asked if it was a real wood burner). Would highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing an electric stove.

What a fantastic buy, saw the fire at a local store and was impressed, so decided to look online for a deal, and was overwhelmed by the savings I could make by buying the fire from Leisure Home Products. It was delivered within a few days, as we were decorating I have just fitted the fire in our fire surround and it looks amazing when alight. Will have to wait for the weather to change to test the heating output but the options to set room temperature and timing settings look very impressive.

Hello just wanted to say thank you very much for the excellent service. Ordered the stove yesterday afternoon and it was delivered this morning. Now that’s what I call great service!! We love the fire - it is up and running well ….. perfect for our room.
